How it works
Replace shackle into lock with groove towards key port. The lock will "beep".at this point remove the key and the alarm will set after 15 seconds.When the lock is vibrated twice within 5 seconds the alarm will sound.The 5 seconds the alarm will sound. The
5 seconds delay allows the lock to be opened by key without sounding.The alarm sounds in 10 second intervals.The alarm will keep sounding with constant movement or vibration.Once stopped the alarm will re-set after 35seconds.
Moving the wheel or tampering with the unit while it is locked, whether one or both of the shock and movement sensors, setting off the alarm and warning you and any potential thieves.
Battery replacement:
To replace batteries open up lock removing core.Remove the screws on either side of lock hole and take off cap.Using a small screwdriver pry out the battery case and replace the batteries(6xLR44 1.5V).Be sure to pay careful attention to battery polarity.Batteries should last 6 months under normal operating conditions.
